To apply for membership, complete and submit the nomination form found on this page or apply online. The printed form should be signed by a proposer and seconder, who must be Adult members of the Club. If you do not know a member, please contact the club or use the downloaded form accompanied by a letter of introduction. Upon acceptance for membership, the joining fee and annual subscription are due within one month of the notification of election to membership.
From time to time, upon lodgement of an application for membership, the applicant may be placed on a waiting list. Election to membership takes place at meetings of the General Committee. Successful applicants, upon being notified of their election, have one month to take up the offer, which is conditional upon payment of the balance of the entrance fee and the due subscription.

A family membership must contain a minimum of 3 people comprising at least 1 adult and 1 junior under 25 years residing at the same address to qualify for the family discount on total membership fees.
Social Member
GPHC welcomes social members to enjoy the bar/meals and other social facilities of the club.
Fees & Entitlements
Member entitlements are subject to availability relative to competition, practice needs of teams and determinations by Committee and/or management. Your membership card should be carried at all times and be produced (if required) to verify membership.
The Club’s financial year runs from August 1 to July 31. Subscriptions become due and payable, in advance, on the 31st of July each year. Subscriptions for newly elected members are calculated on a pro rata basis, depending on the month in which they are elected. Annual rates and joining fees (including GST) are presently:
