Booking a Tennis Court
The online GPHC booking system enables members to book tennis courts at any time that they are not being used for competition, coaching or other organized events. All court bookings must be made via this online booking system. Court bookings are mandatory for members.

Court usage is free for members (except social members). Court bookings are mandatory

Cancellation of court booking is to be done no less than 12 hours prior or a cancellation fee may apply

To adjust or cancel your booking access can be made via the link on your confirmation email

No charge to members for lights. Please note, it is the members responsibility to turn lights off at the end of play

Guests of members attract a guest fee of $20 per adult & $5 per junior (under 18 years)

In order to make a booking via the GPHC online system you will need to provide your name and email. Members will also need to provide the number on their membership card (under their name). Your first name will appear on the booking and is visible to the public.
Non-Member Bookings

* Note: While court 7 is being redeveloped, court 1 will be made available for non-members to hire in limited times.
Non-member bookings for Tennis are available via web booking only. Tennis Court 1 may be booked from 6am to 4pm, Monday to Friday. Non-member bookings are $35 per hour. Tennis racquets may be hired from reception or the bar for $7.50 ea and balls can be purchased either via the Pro-Shop or the bar.
Social Tennis
Social tennis is on Wednesday evenings from 7pm-9pm. It is an organised format and players are required to reserve a spot as numbers are limited. Non-members may participate but only for a limited number of times. The fee ($10 for members and $20 for non-members) covers balls, refreshments and staffing. Please arrive early so we can commence as close to time as possible.

Competition Tennis
Grace Park Hawthorn Club is extremely active in competitive tennis, catering for all ages and standards. Information regarding the variety of competitions the Club participates in can be found below.

Premier League
​
Premier League is the state’s highest level inter-club competition in which clubs battle it out for a total prize money pool of $20,000 in the men’s and women’s competitions.
The Grace Park Hawthorn Club men's team were crowned the winners of five Premier League seasons from 2013 - 2017.

Tennis Victoria Winter Pennant
​
Tennis Victoria Pennant is Australia’s largest inter-club competition. The competition caters for players of all standards ranging from Grade 1 down to Grade 10. Matches are played weekly on Saturdays and Sundays and consist of both singles and doubles in the same round.
Bayside Regional Junior Competition
​
Grace Park Hawthorn Club participates in the Bayside competition on for the juniors. All information can be found by downloading the current fixture and information booklet. The next deadline for the Feb to June 2019 competition is the start of November.

Wheelchair Tennis
​
Grace Park Hawthorn Club prides itself on being an inclusive Club. As part of this we cater for wheelchair tennis and provide services and coaching for wheelchair players. The Club has had a long-term relationship supporting Rossbourne School in providing opportunities for these students to play tennis.
